The Penthouses:

The penthouses consist of the “Avgi” suite, the “Poseidon” suite and the “Helios” suite.

The “Avgi” consists of a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and 30 sq. meter wrap- around balcony.

The “Poseidon” and the “Helios” are 1 bedroom suites with full kitchen, bathroom with sliding glass door shower and 15 sq. meter balconies.

All of the penthouses have queen-sized beds and flat screen televisions. They are all equipped with air conditioning as well as built -in central heating units in each room. The penthouses have been decorated according to the highest standards incorporating the use of soothing colors and discreet design. The key decoration in these suites , however, is the spectacular sea view that is unlike any other in Parga!

The Studios:

The studios consist of 6 large, economically priced 2 room set-ups. These studios are located on the 2nd and 1st floor of the building.

All the studios have balconies, some with partial sea-views, some with street views. They are all air-conditioned, have cable tv and fully equipped separate kitchens. Most of the studios can accommodate up to 3-4 people. These studios were renovated in 2002, and are ideal for families looking for a centrally located property.
